January's Caregivers of the Month

Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate both Tanisha Samuels and Rhonda Jackson-Bailey as our Caregivers of the Month for January 2020!

Since joining Open Arms back in October 2014, Tanisha has been an extraordinary member of the Open Arms team. Tanisha was nominated by Katrina Betts, one of our Care Coordination Supervisors, “Tanisha is incredibly reliable; her skills give her the ability to take care of her clients well!”

Tanisha can be described in three words: hard-working, compassionate and dedicated. “She works five live-in shifts a week and rarely ever takes time off; her dedication to her providing the highest quality care for her clients is extraordinary,” said Katrina. Every who works with Tanisha has incredibly positive things to say about her work ethic and her positive attitude.

Rhonda joined the Open Arms team in April 2019 and has been a fantastic addition ever since! Rhonda was nominated by Haley Losoff, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Rhonda has gone above and beyond this month; she has picked up last minute shifts, ran around assisting residents and has had nothing but an up-beat attitude!”

Rhonda consistently helps when help is needed; she assists other OAS team members without question! “Rhonda has been a Rockstar since day one! Her top priority is keeping her clients’ best interests in mind; she ensures they are eating right, dressing them up when they are cold, etc.,” said Haley.
