Keynote speaker Verna Benner Carson, PhD, is a nationally known author and speaker who developed the award-winning “Becoming an Alzheimer’s Whisperer” program. Dr. Carson, associate professor at Towson University and President of C&V Senior Care Specialists, Inc., is the author of eight books and over 80 published articles on psychiatric, dementia and spiritual issues in healthcare.
