July's Caregiver of the Month

Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate Stan Chrupek as our Caregiver of the Month for July 2019! Stan joined the Open Arms team back in February 2016 and has been an extraordinary caregiver to so many clients. Stan was nominated by Katrina Betts, Care Coordination Supervisor, “He is always someone we can count on. He takes great care of his clients and has created wonderful bonds with them.” Stan is a perfect representation of our Core Values, Positivity & Compassion. He

Stan has build such strong bonds with his clients because of his compassionate personality & hardworking attitude. He approaches each new client as if they were a member of his family – he is there for them through the good and the bad days. “Stan deserves this award because he has been with one client for over a year & has truly learned how to take care of him mentally & physically,” said Katrina.
