Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate both Nikkia Carter and Gayle Riggle as our Caregivers of the Month for March 2021!
Since joining Open Arms back in December 2009, Nikkia has been an extraordinarily compassionate caregiver. “I have worked with Nikkia for over 6 years, and she has always been a joy and easy to work with,” said Katrina Betts, Nikkia’s Care Coordinator.
Nikkia is always willing to step in and help her fellow caregivers whenever it is needed. “Nikkia is an amazing caregiver who has been with several clients long term,” said Katrina. “She cares about her clients as if they were her family and she is so easy going the clients love her!”
In November 2018, Gayle joined the Open Arms team helping our clients in the Southern Senior Living Community. “Gayle is understanding, willing, and kind to everyone she meets,” said Kasia Sroga, Gayle’s Care Coordinator.
Gayle has been an incredible asset to our caregiving team! “She builds great repour with our clients, even the tough ones, and she is willing to pick up shifts when needed,” said Kasia. “She has experience on many different techniques, so clients feel comfortable in her performance which helps builds trust between her and the clients.”
