Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate Rommie Wells, Sr. as our Caregiver of the Month for November 2020!
Rommie joined the Open Arms team in January 2019 and has been an incredible team player since, helping his fellow caregivers in any way he can. Rommie was nominated by Shari Capaldi, one of our Care Coordination Supervisors, “He is a very calming presence, and is always willing to help other caregiver who come to work with his client.”
In the two years that Rommie has been working with his client, there have been additional caregivers who have come in to help and each time Rommie has offered to help them get settled in their new role. “He also always leaves them with his phone number so they can call anytime they have questions,” said Shari. “If they don’t call, he calls them to make sure things are going ok.” Rommie is adored by all!
