Scott will discuss some ways of helping to make that decision easier including questions to ask in the selection process, caregiver signs to watch for, and when you know you have a good fit.
Scott joined Open Arms in August 2019 as the Memory Care Program Director. Prior to Open Arms, Scott has held various positions in the aging field including work in home care, assisted living and skilled nursing, case management, and adult protective services. His dementia experience includes leading different dementia residences on both the assisted living and skilled nursing sides. Scott enjoys providing education and assistance to clients and their families as they navigate the journey of dementia.
