Happy National Caregivers Day! In celebration of today, Open Arms Solutions would like to thank each and every one of our amazing caregivers for their endless dedication & compassion. Our caregivers work tirelessly to give our clients the absolute best care possible, without them Open Arms would not exist.
OAS Director of Operations, Sam Schuller, wants to personally thank all our hard-working caregivers: It is caregiver appreciation week, and a great time to share how much I appreciate the work each and every one of you does. You are truly the “heart” of Open Arms, and there would be no Open Arms without you. I have been privileged to meet some of you and am always so impressed with your true empathy for our clients, the relationships you have built with them, and the true tender, gentle care you provide to them. You celebrate their victories with them, big and small, hold their hand when they are sad, confused, or scared, encourage them, advocate for them, and listen to them intently. You give of yourself selflessly, sacrificing time with your loved ones to be there for your clients when they need you, rearranging your life to best support theirs. You give them your best, even when you are tired, and through your own struggles. Thank you. We see what you do, the sacrifices you make, the emotion you put into your work, and know how valuable you are. We appreciate you.
Lynn Green, OAS Director of Recruitment said, “I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all our Caregivers for showing compassion to our clients during vulnerable times in their lives. We appreciate all you do each and every day.”
Julie Kollada, OAS Founder & President, would also like to personally thank all our caregivers: The care you provide is not definable through mere words. Each of you meets the physical, mental, and emotional needs of those whom you provide care. You show your compassion and empathy and let the client know you are there for them. Please know that what you do does not go unnoticed. Even though you don’t often hear my personal thank you please know that you are truly appreciated. You are respected. You are valued. We are truly grateful for all that you do!
We cannot thank our caregivers enough, the work you do every day is life-changing for our clients and our organization – we thank you!
