Flexible In-Home Dementia Care for Glencoe, IL, Residents
At Open Arms Solutions, we’ve designed our in-home dementia care program to help your loved one live their best life. Our care includes assistance with basic personal tasks as well as additional training and programming focused on memory care and creating meaningful experiences for your loved one. We are honored to support those with dementia living in Glencoe, Illinois, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Our Dementia Homecare Program
We understand that caring for someone with dementia becomes a full-time job as the disease progresses. That’s why we offer both hourly and live-in care to help ease the burden of care on family members. You’ll be assigned a dedicated care coordinator who will take care of scheduling (and can handle last-minute changes as needed), supervise every aspect of your loved one’s care, and keep you in the loop with bimonthly care updates.
We base our in-home dementia care program on exceptional and thorough training for our caregivers. They train at our in-person dementia care training lab, which we founded in partnership with memory care expert Scott Tolan. In the lab, our caregivers practice improvisation, use roleplaying to prepare for various situations, and learn about the latest dementia research and best care practices.
Open Arms Solutions is fully bonded and insured for your financial peace of mind. If you call us at any hour of the day or night, you’ll always speak to a real person who can help you. We know that dealing with a dementia diagnosis is hard enough, so we do everything we can to streamline our process and make arranging in-home dementia care as easy as possible.
