Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate both Margaret Brill and Delphine Garcia as our Caregivers of the Month for January 2021!
Since joining Open Arms back in November 2019, Margaret has been an extraordinary caregiver to all her clients. She was nominated by Lauren Wazio, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Margaret does an incredible job connecting with clients on a personal level!”
Three words that describe Margaret are attentive, empathetic, and sincere. “She always makes sure her clients feel comfortable and are receiving the highest quality care they need,” said Lauren. “She continues to embody all of Open Arms’ Core Values and is willing to take extra steps to ensure clients’ safety and wellbeing.”
In May 2020, Delphine joined the Open Arms team as a caregiver for our wonderful clients in our Western Senior Living Community. She was nominated by Allison Montesinos, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Delphine is very skilled with caring for individuals with dementia and goes above and beyond for her client.”
Delphine is also willing to pitch in and assist her fellow caregivers whenever they need additional assistance. “She is always willing to pitch in and help with extra hours when needed. She is a great asset to our team,” said Allison. “I nominated Delphine due to her consistent good work. She has been doing great with her client for a long period of time, and it is very appreciated.”
