Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate both Celeste Hanson and Anna Lucero as our Caregivers of the month for July 2020!
Celeste joined the Open Arms team in April 2019 and has been an excellent resource for all her clients ever since. Celeste was nominated by Katrina Betts, one of our Care Coordination Supervisors, “You can always count on Celeste! She is very compassionate with her clients. She keeps them calm and brings a sense of comfort when she is around.”
When presented with a difficult situation, Celeste went above and beyond to make sure her client was being taken care of. “Celeste has helped her client in so many ways through a recent cognitive decline. She has given great feedback that has help increase and improve care for her client,” said Katrina.
Since joining Open Arms back in July 2017, Anna has been providing incredible care for our senior community residents every single day. Anna was nominated by Haley Losoff, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Anna has been caring for our residents for a long time. She is great at tailoring each visit to a resident’s specific needs.”
During this pandemic, Anna has been a tremendous help to both residents and our OAS Care Team. Just last week, she took the right steps to get a resident the emergency care they needed. Due to Anna’s quick actions, the resident had the best chance to overcome the situation and is doing well in her recovery!
