We offer holistic care that addresses each patient’s individual needs while promoting purpose and joy. Our care programs are designed to assist seniors with:

• Chronic diseases – Our caregivers can assist with day-to-day tasks that often become difficult as a result of a chronic disease, such as bathing, dressing, medication management, exercise routines, and meal preparation. We can also help patients manage diseases like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure (CHF), diabetes, cancer, stroke, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
• Alzheimer’s disease and dementia – Our caregivers are trained in a specialized dementia care lab, so they are always equipped with the latest care techniques and safety protocols.
• Parkinson’s disease – As part of the Struthers Parkinson’s Care Network, we utilize specialized training and techniques to provide the safest, most comprehensive care for our patients.

We also offer transitional care for seniors who have recently been discharged from a hospital or skilled rehab facility. This type of care helps reduce their chances of being re-hospitalized and can be scaled up or down as needed.
