Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate Olufunmilayo Oladeji as our Caregiver of the Month for April 2019! Funmi has been working with Open Arms since November of 2018 and it has been an absolute pleasure to have her on our team. Funmi was nominated by Neha Prajapati, In-Home Care Coordinator, “She is a great example of our OAS Core Values while working with her client – whose health has improved in the last few months with Funmi.”
Our OAS colleagues are not the only ones who have noticed the positive impact Funmi brings to our company, the families of our clients have noticed as well. One of the families that Funmi works with called our corporate office to compliment the care she provides their loved one; “Her positive attitude and joy for helping others is absolutely amazing,” a client’s family member.
Funmi’s love of helping others and caregiving is what motivates her every day to provide the best quality care for her clients. “When you give love (to clients), you get back what you give,” said Funmi. “It is amazing how you see them grow every single day.”
