February's Caregivers of the Month

Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate both Martine Zatz and Titilola Ajayi as our Caregivers of the Month for February 2020!

Martine joined the Open Arms team in July 2019 and has been an incredible member of the team since then! She was nominated by Lauren Wazio, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Martine exhibits incredible drive and passion into the work she does for Open Arms. She is kind-hearted, patient and loyal!”

Martine embodies all of the Open Arms Core Values and lives them out every single day. “She puts forth an incredible amount of work and effort into everything she does for her clients. She never settles for just ‘good enough’ and strived to challenge herself with every opportunity,” said Lauren.

Since joining Open Arms back in June 2019, Titilola has been a fantastic caregiver & a wonderful team member! Titilola was nominated by Toya Sprott, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Titi is a dependable, compassionate and honest caregiver – she is one of the best! No matter the circumstances, Titi gives each and everyone 200%”

Not only is Titilola loved by the clients, but she is also loved by other Open Arms Caregivers. “Titi recently helped out as a fill-in caregiver for a family and did an exceptional job. The family reached out to me to say let me know that Titi was ones of the best caregivers they have ever had,” said Toya. Every family that Titi spends time with has a never-ending list of compliments for her!
