Since joining Open Arms back in August 2019, Carmen has been an absolute joy to have on the team! Carmen was nominated by Kasia Sroga, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Carmen is reliable, trustworthy and kind to everyone she interacts with!”
Carmen embodies each and every one of Open Arms Solutions’ Core Values: Teamwork, Compassion, Do the Right Thing, Excellence and Positivity. “She has been there for us in times when we have truly needed some extra help,” said Kasia. “Carmen has immense experience with dementia clients and is not afraid to jump in and help when we need it!”
Rita joined Open Arms in June 2017 and has been an exceptional team member since then! Rita was nominated by Neha Prajapati, one of our In-Home Care Coordinators, “Rita goes above & beyond with every single client!”
Caring, compassionate, & positive are just a few words that can be used to describe Rita. “She has her skills and personality to help some of our dependent clients become more active and independent,” said Neha. Rita has always been a role model for OAS, she is an excellent example of our core values.
