Open Arms Solutions is proud to congratulate both Ray Nachiengmai & Joycelyn Wellington as our Caregivers of the Month for August 2020!
Since joining Open Arms back in April 2016, Ray has been providing clients with an outstanding sense of compassion and high-quality care. Ray was nominated by Lauren Wazio, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Many of the clients simply enjoy her company, which allows her to build rapport between her and those she cares for. She goes beyond the measure of just providing care for them.”
Ray works in one of our senior living communities, which means she works with a variety of clients every single day. She provides everyone with the same level of attention and care. “Ray is reliable, attentive and a good communicator; a great caregiver all-around,” said Lauren.
Joycelyn joined the Open Arms team in January 2019 and has been a wonderful member of the team ever since. She was nominated by Toya Sprott, one of our Senior Living Care Coordinators, “Joycelyn goes above and beyond for her clients; stepping up and advocating for their best interests no matter what.”
Recently, Joycelyn was able to help a client recover from a minor injury in a very short period of time through her excellent care and dedication. “Joycelyn put together a comprehensive plan for the whole care team to provide continuity and keep the client on a healthy schedule,” said Toya.
