Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Helping your loved one with Dementia to live the best life possible: Embrace, Memory Care At Home
Most care programs do not provide the training and support that allow seniors with Dementia to thrive in this stage of their life.
Our Dementia & Alzheimer's Memory Care program includes all basic personal care assistance with additional design and training focused on building a wholistic, meaningful experience through engagement-based care. Learn more below.
How will engagement-based care help your loved one?
Learn more from Julie Kollada, our founder and Scott Tolan, the program designer about engagement training in the Embrace Memory Care Program.
Engagement-based care looks at the whole client and the whole life experience.
The Whole Client
Your loved one’s situation and needs are unique. Our program focuses on evaluating and accommodating the wholeness and uniqueness of each client. We go beyond care tasks and design enriched care programs that help each client to find joy, fulfillment, and purpose.
The Whole Care Team
(Including the Family!)
The best care is truly a team effort. Each member of the care team needs to be prepared, informed, and supported. Our care team is led by our dedicated Memory Care Program Director who provides education, support and training for your family, caregivers, and other care providers.
Our Exclusive Dementia Care Training Lab
This lab is an in-person dementia caregiver training created by recognized Memory Care Expert Scott Tolan, that includes the latest research and instruction in dementia care.
The training utilizes improvisation techniques and extensive role playing to better prepare caregivers for the specific scenarios they face with dementia patients.
